still in Ohio. Stopped at a Joanns and finally picked up a DCWV Mariposa 12x12 pad and a box of chipboard pieces to match!! they were 40% off yippee. Stopped by a terrific stamp store called Stamp Your Art Out, such a great selection of stamps. glad they were open on Sunday. have 2 card swaps to do when I get home next month. got a 100 on my first test. 2nd test tomorrow. wish I could be making cards now!

Am in Cincinnati, saw a big Joanns store in Florence KY and a Hobby Lobby there, so we are gonna try and get back to them this weekend. Then study time for test on Monday

Here are a couple of cards I did for a turqoise themes swap for a group I am in started by Sara Mackenzie hope everybody likes them!

am leaving for Cincinnati on the 19th, so will try and post from there. Found a scrap store there already . Will be gone for 3 weeks and when I am back will post more cards from swaps I have been in, especially one coming up we started via Sara Mackenzie. I love her blog site.

Her is an unfinished card I am working on, this has to be one of my favorite stamps, the ink is Stampin Up cranberry, I also added some stickles to the beard and snowflakes and a sakura starlight pen in blue for the eyes and clear starlight for the glasses.

Here is card I did for a swap for Sara Jane for a holiday theme. Stamped images are by Stampin Up and Hero Arts. Ink is by Stampin Up and brads were some clearance item I got at Michaels. Paper was just some I had here, I also added some Martha Stewart glitter to the skates and roof of cottage in back.
